Day
One - Arrive at Auckland International Airport
Meet your accessible mini bus and your driver. Drive into Auckland
city and be checked into your fully accessible central city luxury hotel complex adjacent to the stunning Sky tower and Casino.

Two -
Auckland Sights
We pick you up from your hotel with our driver and accessible minibus.
You may visit: the Amazing Americas cup village, the Auckland waterfront with
visiting superyachts and café society, and the Museum or Kelly Tarltons Undersea
World. Whatever interests you, we'll take you there. We escort you back to your hotel complex where you have the choice of
three restaurants and many more within a block.

Three - Day
Trip North
From your Auckland hotel we travel North via the grand Auckland Harbour
bridge past the rugged West Coast surf beach at Murawai. At Wellesford we return
via the beautiful Whangaparoa [Wh pronounced f] peninsular, and can stop at
the Waiwera thermal pools before returning to Auckland through the North Shore
Bays. We return to your familiar hotel complex.
Day
Four - Rotorua
We leave Auckland city for the start of your cultural native Maori experience.
We travel through farmland, then river gorges and beautiful beaches via the
city of Tauranga to Rotorua where you settle into to your Lakeside Resort.
That evening you have a traditional Maori concert and hangi.
Day
Five - Rotorua
Today you explore the Whangarewarewa thermal reserve with bubbling mud,
geysers, and sulphur. Then you visit the traditional Maori village and observe
the artwork and handicrafts. Then we take a drive to some nearby lakes
and return for you to take a dip in the thermal Pools complex if you wish.
We return to your lakeside luxury hotel.
Day
Six - Lake Taupo Daytrip
We
head South to beautiful Lake Taupo, famed for fishing and the Volcano
Mt Tongariro at its head. We visit the amazing Huka Falls, and wheel above
the chasm and rushing waters. We stop at the beautiful lake side village
with opportunities for Lake cruises or try your luck at the "hole in one"
on the lake! We return to your hotel at Rotorua.
Day
Seven - Auckland
We say goodbye to Rotorua and return to Auckland via the city of Hamilton,
passing through forest parks and meeting the great Waikato river. We transport
you to the Auckland International Airport, assist with check in and say farewell.

Day
One - Arrive at Christchurch International Airport
Meet your accessible mini bus and your driver. City and orientation
tour. Check into your fully accessible central city luxury hotel within
rolling or strolling distance of
“the square”, restaurants and shopping, casino, cafes, art centre,
botanical garden and many accessible attractions. Christchurch has two scenic
rivers, two universities, a very accessible Central Business District, and
an accessible “Orbiter” public transport system. It also has the largest spinal
injuries unit in NZ and an accessibility focused City Council.

Two - Christchurch
Sights
We pick you up from your hotel with our driver and accessible minibus. You can
visit trendy Sumner beach cafes, New Brighton pier, Maori Marae cultural visit,
the Antarctic Centre [close as you get to the real thing!], Beautiful gardens
at Mona Vale…or just tell us what you want to do, see, eat or buy. We
escort you back to your hotel and recommend you independent activities for your
evening.

Three - 2 Options:
Option 1
Akaroa
Day Trip:
From your Christchurch hotel we travel via Lyttelton Port town and around
the beautiful harbour in the extinct volcano. We top the rim of another extinct
volcano and drop down to Akaroa Harbour and the old French town of Akaroa. Here
there is art and crafts galore and lovely restaurants with spectacular sea views.
Option 2
Hanmer
Thermal Springs day trip:
Soak off the aches and pains at this world class sub alpine thermal spa.
We travel out of Christchurch over the Waimakariri, Ashley and Waipara rivers
to the Weka Pass. There we drive between stunning limestone formations
including "the Frog". Heading on through rich farmland we stop
to view the 1860 historic Hurunui Pub before passing through Balmoral forest
and following the beautiful Waiau river to the historic Ferry bridge where you
have the opportunity to jet boat ride or even bungy. On to Hanmer Springs
Thermal Reserve, accessible thermal pool complex with forest and mountain backdrop.
Here you can relax in the hot pools, get a massage, eat at the restaurant…or
we'll drive you up the road for a roll and stroll in the great surrounding forest.
Returning to Christchurch there are a number of world class wineries. We can
stop for a tasting and a bite if you're keen.
Day
Four - Mt Cook
We leave Christchurch for the start of your Lord of the Rings country
experience. We travel through farmland [sheep, not so much dairy!]
Then past Lord of the Rings Lakes like Lake Tekapo where we stop at the famous
stone Church of the Lonely Shepherd with its fantastic lake and mountain backdrop.
Then on to New Zealand's biggest mountain
- Mount Cook. There you are made welcome in a totally accessible super
luxury hotel complex high in the mountains with views to die for!
The fully accessible Panorama restaurant looks out into an alpine wilderness
otherwise only experienced by mountaineers.
Day
Five - Queenstown
We leave Mt cook and travel via spectacular lakes, desert terrain, and
river gorges, past the amazing original AK Hackett Bungy Jump. D'ya wanna try?
Then down the Kawarau gorge to Queenstown. Queenstown, centre of the filming
for Lord of the Rings and surrounded by the staunch mountain/lake countryside
. Arrive at your world class, accessible lake resort.
Day
Six - Queenstown
After your transfer to the lakeside village, board the classic steamer
"the Earnslaw" and chuff over the lake to Walter Peak station where - with a bit of rustic access - we see how
New Zealand farms work. The rest of the day is free for adventure activities,
hanging out, shopping or just wheeling around the very accessible lakefront.
Day Seven, Eight, and Nine - 2 Options:

Seven - Franz Joseph Glacier
We depart Queenstown for a drive through the most rugged Haast Pass…think
Lord of the Rings! To the West Coast where we change seas to the Tasman sea,
and drive up the New Zealand rainforest coastline to Franz Joseph Glacier and
your fully accessible hotel. Here you have opportunities for scenic chopper
and regular flights and glacial landings.

Eight - Christchurch
After departing Franz Joseph we pass through the pioneering gold mining
area and source of New Zealand "Pounamu", jade which is fashioned
into Maori design. Then we cross over the amazing Otira gorge alpine viaduct
and through the heart of the Southern mountains to Arthurs Pass with its Mountain
museum, and then down through the Canterbury farming Plains to your familiar
hotel in Christchurch.

Nine - Depart
We transport you to the Christchurch International Airport, assist with
check in and say farewell.

Day Seven - Queenstown-Paradise-Queenstown
Paradise, past Glenorchy, is a truly magical spot on the national heritage
list boasting spectacular views of glaciated rocky peaks of the barrier range.
This property belongs to a trust and was used extensively in the filming of
the “Lord of the Rings” movie. Not many people get a chance to visit this very
special place and we are privileged in being able to get a chance to go there.
We will take an accessible stroll through the forests (a bit rocky in some bits,
but negotiable) and have a packed lunch. If we get back early enough we’ll have
some free time in the afternoon.

Eight - Christchurch
We depart Queenstown and at Omarama head past the huge hydroelectric
schemes of Benmore and Aviemore to Waimate and a stop at a fresh berry farm.
After smoothies and real fruit icecream we pass through the port town of Timaru
and the farming center of Ashburton before returning to Christchurch and your
hotel adjacent to attractive Victoria Square.
We will choose a nice venue for dinner for your final night.
Day
Nine - Depart
We transport you to the Christchurch International Airport, assist with
check in and say farewell.
